Today, Panasonic has announced that they are developing a new firmware for Lumix S1H (B&H Photo Video/Adorama/Amazon/Focus Camera) for 5.9K/29.97p and C4K/59.94p RAW Video Data Output to Atomos Ninja V. This firmware is scheduled to be released in early 2020.
Sigma has officially announced the new MC-31 PL-mount to L-mount lens converter today. By using Sigma’s MC-31 lens converter, users can use PL mount cine lenses on the L-Mount cameras, such as Sigma fp, Panasonic S1, S1R and S1H, and Leica SL cameras.

The upcoming Leica SL2 L-mount full frame mirrorless camera now already confirmed, it will have a 47MP CMOS sensor (Same sensor in the Leica Q2), 4K video and Cine mode. First image of Leica SL2 “Vader” is already leaked online, see above. The official announcement is expected on September 24th, 2019.
Leica has just registered a new camera code “2998” in China, since Leica will soon announce a new L-mount full frame mirrorless camera on September 24th, 2019. So this camera code “2998” could be Leica SL2. The Leica SL2 is rumored to use Leica Q2‘s 47MP full frame CMOS sensor.
